Northern Petroleum Plc ("the Company") Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Graham Heard, Exploration and Technical Director, transferred 7,133 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal holdings to his SIPP on 01 November at a price of 179p per share. This transfer does not alter Mr Heard's total beneficial shareholding of 15,523 ordinary shares.
