Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that the following director purchased ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') on 10 December 2013:

Mr Paul Edwards, Finance Director, purchased 9,742 Shares at a price per Share of £1.02.

Following this Share purchase, Mr Edwards is interested in 259,742 Shares representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
