Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 30 June 2014, David Gilbertson, Non-executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 226p per share.

David Gilbertson's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 10,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
