Pure Wafer plc ("Pure Wafer" or "the Company"), a provider of high quality silicon wafer reclaim services for many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers as an integral part of their cost control programmes, announces that on 7 November 2013, Stephen Boyd, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.75 pence each.

Following this transaction Stephen Boyd holds 15,008,107 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.44 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
