dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it has received notification that Ms S J M Barratt has acquired 215,000 ordinary shares, at a cost of £0.13 per share.
Ms S J M Barratt's shareholding is now 215,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.08% per cent. of the issued share capital.
