Deltex Medical Group announces that it has received notification that its Chief Executive, Ewan Phillips, on 28 June 2012 transferred 90,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 25.50p per share. Ewan Phillips is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains 1,309,773 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.87% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company remain unchanged.
