Director Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Mr David Anthony, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.5 pence each on 9 March 2015; and today purchased 131,666 Ordinary Shares at a price of 15 pence each. Following this purchase of a total of 281,666 Ordinary Shares, Mr David Anthony has a notifiable interest in 936,275 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.76 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
