The Company announces that, on 4 October 2011, Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, bought 290,000 ordinary shares at a price of 12 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 4,538,337 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing 12.66 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
