Director Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that the wife of John Charlton, Chairman of the Company, has today transferred 37,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a nominee account. The Ordinary Shares were previously held under her name on the shareholder register. The transfer has no effect on the total shareholding of Mr Charlton or his wife.

Mr Charlton's total beneficial and non-beneficial shareholding remains 657,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
