Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets was advised on 2nd August, that today, Regis Duval, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £3.05 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Duval is interested in 46,090 Ordinary Shares, 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
