Laura Ashley Holdings plc received notification on 14 January 2010 from Ms Lillian Tan, Chief Executive Officer and shareholder of the Company, that on 14 January 2010 she purchased 150,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.05 each at an average price of £0.1342 per share increasing her total shareholding to 500,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
