The Company announces that, following a purchase on 17 December 2007 of 2,000 Ordinary 10p shares of the Company (representing 0.008% of the issued Ordinary shares), Piers Brooke, a Director of the Company, now has an interest in 2,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.008% of the issued Ordinary shares. The shares were purchased at a price of ‚£7.60 per share.
