The Company announces that on 4th September 2013, Simon Caffyn, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares at 415p per share.

Mr Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, following the notification of this transaction, of 46,366 ordinary shares representing 1.66% of the ordinary shares of the Company.

The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
