Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and 3.1.4R (1) (b)

On 29 August 2008, Computacenter plc was notified that Cliff Preddy, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 127p. On 1 September 2008, Computacenter plc was notified that Oliver Tuszik, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, had on the same day, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares at a price of 126p. 

Following these transactions, Cliff Preddy's beneficial holding in the Company is 14,166 ordinary shares and Oliver Tuszik's beneficial holding in the Company is 7,500 ordinary shares (both representing less then 0.01 % of the issued share capital).
