The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it was notified on 7 February 2014 that Dr Kenneth G Chrystie, a non-Executive Director of the Group, sold 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 670 pence per share on 7 February 2014.

Following the sale, Dr Chrystie's beneficial interest in the Group is 5,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
