Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, had purchased a total of 28,025 ordinary shares at an average of 352.94 pence per share.

These transactions in total represent approximately 0.019% of the issued share capital. Following these transactions, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 430,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.279% of the Company's issued share capital.
