The Company announces that it has been informed that David Durant, Director of Design & Planning, has today transferred by way of gift 7000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration. Following this gift, David Durant is beneficially interested in 1,289,910 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.72% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
