PDMR Shareholding
The Company wishes to notify the following change in the interest in ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") of the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").
On 22 January 2009, in accordance with Lamprell's company retention policy, the Company granted conditional rights to receive Shares for nil consideration. The earliest date on which the PDMRs would ordinarily become entitled to receive the Shares under the conditional right is 22 January 2011, being the second anniversary of the date of grant and receipt of the Shares is conditional upon the PDMR remaining in employment with the Company until that date.
