The Company would like to advise that, on 29 November 2012, Chief Operating Officer Tom Griffith exercised options over 31,300 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 26p per Ordinary Share. Following this exercise, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 249,925 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
