3 April 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Director's shareholding

The Company announces that Clive Garston, Non-Executive Director, yesterday transferred 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.05 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company, to his two adult children. Mr Garston now holds 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.70 per cent of the issued voting share capital of iPoint.
