The Company has been advised that Carlos Yuste, on 7th April 2010, exercised options over 66,650 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 45p per share. Following this exercise, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 314,925 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
