The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that Jonathan Houlton, Group Finance Director of the Company, has notified the Company that he has today acquired 3,929 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via a Dividend Re-Investment Plan operated by the Company's Share Registrar, Capita Registrars. The shares were purchased at a price of £1.75 per share. Following the purchase Mr Houlton has a beneficial interest in 73,355 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2195% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
