Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company has been notified that on 6 January 2022 the person set out in the table below, being a PDMR, acquired ordinary shares of 117/200 pence in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Company's UK Share Incentive Plan ("UK SIP") at a price of £2.534 per Share and was also awarded Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Share element of the UK SIP.
The UK SIP is a share plan available to all of the Company's UK employees, subject to qualifying conditions. The UK SIP is administered by Computershare Trustees Limited, a UK incorporated company, who is the registered holder of the Shares.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
