The Company has been informed on 10 July 2009 that Paul Jackson, a director of Capcon, acquired 173,912 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company on 9 July 2009 at a price of 6p per share. This transaction was announced previously on 10 July 2009 pursuant to a Takeover Code Rule 8.1. Following the transaction, Paul Jackson is interested in 348,912 ordinary shares equivalent to 2.99 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
