London: 27 March 2012 - ECR Minerals plc announces that it has been informed of the purchase today by Fair Choice Ltd, a company controlled by Michael Silver, Executive Chairman of ECR, of 500,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence at a price of 0.92 pence per share.
Michael Silver is now beneficially interested in 18,534,181 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 2.59 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
