Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

  Devro announces the following dealings by PDMRs, and connected persons, in Devro plc 10p ordinary shares ("Shares").

1. Michal Stocek, Business Director and PDMR, has today:-

a. acquired 22,194 Shares upon the vesting of an award under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan; and

b. sold 10,000 Shares at 347.5p per Share.

2. Gordon Frame, Business Director and PDMR, has today:-

a. acquired 33,281 Shares upon the vesting of an award under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan; and

b. sold 60,322 Shares at 347.5p per Share.

3. Mrs Heather Kathleen Cooke, wife of Dr Mike Cooke, Group Strategic Development Director and PDMR, has today sold 10,000 Shares at 347.78p per Share.

The Shares which vested under the Devro 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan were transferred at no cost, pursuant to awards made to these individuals in March 2010. No performance condition applied to these Shares.
