In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Nick Stagg, Chief Executive of the Company, hasacquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

Mr Stagg acquired 163,450 Ordinary Shares on 17 November 2011 at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Stagg has a notifiable interest in 674,154 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
