Purchase of Shares by Director
The Company has been notified that on 16 July 2009, Mr Keith Henry, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of £0.64245 each. Mr Henry now holds 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.016% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, and 425,000 share awards under the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan.
