Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG announces that it was notified on 7 September 2016 by Mr Eamonn O'Hare, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he had purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 105 pence per share on 7 September 2016.

Mr O'Hare's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 2,060,000 shares, representing approximately 1.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
