Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 16 December 2008 that on that day Mark Cropper, Deputy Chairman, bought 127,086 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 76 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mark Cropper has a beneficial interest in the Company of 1,106,199 Ordinary Shares representing 13.1% and a non-beneficial interest in the Company of 160,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
