Notification of Director's Interest in Shares

Notification made in accordance with Article 19 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company was notified on 22 September 2016 that Mrs C Henry, the wife of Mr N P Henry, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, sold:

· 7,989 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at an average price of 1628 pence per share on 21 September 2016; and

· 3,940 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at an average price of 1650 pence per share on 22 September 2016.

Following this transaction Mr N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 191,022 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
