Interior Services Group PLC07 January 2008 Interior Services Group plc Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that JonathanHoulton, Finance Director of the Company, notified the Company on 2 January 2008that he had acquired 954 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") via a Dividend Re-Investment Plan operated by the Company's ShareRegistrar, Capita IRG plc. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.54 pershare.
