Director / PDMRShareholding: Correction

Stanelco announces a correction further to the announcement on 15th June 2010 regarding its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities of Stanelco shareholdings.

Stanelco corrects that Paul Law already held 1,988,558 ordinary shares. Therefore, after purchasing a further 14,830,033 shares of 0.1p each in the Company at the placing price of 0.125p per share, Paul Law now holds a total of 16,818,591 shares, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital.
