The redistribution was determined as at 23rd May 2007 and the companynotified on that date. In addition, on 7th July 2007 Mr Christer Harkonen, a director of the Companynotified he had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at GBP 1.17 per share,representing 0.01% of the issued share capital on 8th June 2007. Following thistransaction his total shareholding stands at 5,000 ordinary shares, representing0.01% of the issued share capital. * The Call Option Deed was entered into prior to the IPO and disclosed in PART Vparagraph 8.5 of the Admission Document. Under the deed, existing shareholdersagreed to transfer shares amongst themselves under a set formula which reflectedany changes in the share price at a specified date.
