Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc announces that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') were made yesterday by the Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan on behalf of a Director of the Company, Ralph Cohen, as follows:

19 Ordinary Shares, to which the Company added a further 19 Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules. His resulting interest in the Company is 35,076 Ordinary Shares representing 0.72 per cent. of the issued Ordinary share capital and 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 1.22 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class. In addition, he holds options over 52,000 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at 665.00p per Ordinary Share. Purchases of a further 1,215 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price for 50 other members of staff under the Plan.
