Further to the announcement on 22 May 2009 that certain acquisition contigent payments were due to the vendors of Bray Leino and PCM, the Company has today been notified by Nicholas Bacon, a non-executive director of the Company and a Bray Leino vendor, that he received 427,229 new ordinary shares in the Company and now has an interest in 1,070,608 ordinary shares representing approximately 2.70 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was informed today that David Morgan, a Bray Leino vendor, received 969,934 new ordinary shares in the Company and now has an interest in 2,713,325 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.85 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
