Headlam Group plc - Exercise of share options
Headlam Group plc ("Headlam") announces that on 4 July 2012 Graham Waldron exercised share options over 4,117 shares granted on 25 May 2009 under the Headlam Group Sharesave Scheme 2002 at an option price of £2.22 per share. These options are normally exercisable between 1 July 2012 and 31 December 2012.
His shareholding following the issue increased by 4,117 shares to 379,755 representing 0.45% of the issued share capital.
