Nasstar plc, the hosted desktop cloud computing provider, was notified on 22 December 2009 that Tony Eve, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 95,000 ordinary shares in the Company for his SIPP on 22 December 2009 at a price of 9.95 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Eve is interested in 95,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.30 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Nasstar.
