Goodwin PLC24 March 2006 GOODWIN PLC ("the Company") 24th March 2006 DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING The Company received notification on 23rd March 2006 of the following transactions in which Mr R S Goodwin, a director of the Company, is interested. The purchase on 23rd March 2006 of 1,057 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in his own name at a price of £6.42 pre share. The purchase on 23rd March 2006 of 1.050 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in the name of Mr. R. S. Goodwin's wife at a price of £6.45 per share. Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S.
