Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company')
The Company has been informed that on 14 July 2008, Dawnay, Day Deutschland Limited sold 274,283 shares in DTR at a price of 28.8c per share.
This disposal has been made as a result of the forced closing of a leveraged position.
Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Treveria, has interests in the above named company, as previously disclosed.
Following the above sale, Mr Klimt's and Mr Naggar's interests in the Company are as follows:
