IXICO announces that it was notified on 18 November 2013 that, on the same day, John Bradshaw, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 35,517 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 56 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a consequence of this share purchase, John Bradshaw has a total holding of 35,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
