DIRECTORS SHARE SALE

CPPGroup Plc (the Company) today announced that it had received notification from the following Director regarding the sale of ordinary shares of 10p each in the company.

The company announces that it was notified by Peter John Morgan a Non Executive Director of the company that he has sold in total 51696 Ordinary Shares in the company at a price of 275 pence per share on the 17 June 2010 representing 0.03% of the company's current issued share capital.

 Following the sale Peter John Morgan has no further interest in the company's share capital.
