30 April 2008 Panther Securities PLC (the "Company") Directors' Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that, on 28 April 2008, John Doyle, executive director, bought 2,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 340 pence per share, equivalent to 0.015 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Company.

Following the purchase, Mr Doyle is now beneficially interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.059 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
