Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 1 September 2010 that following the purchase on 1 September 2010 of 12,282 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 38.68 pence per share, Owen Michaelson (Managing Director, Property) now has an interest in 52,366 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.017% of the total shares in issue.
