Director shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 18 March 2010 that Cliff Cavender, Managing Director of the Company, transferred 418,350 ordinary shares of 1p each into his self-invested personal pension fund on 18 March 2010. These shares were transferred at a price of 6p per ordinary share. Following the transfer of shares, Cliff Cavender's beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged. Cliff Cavender's beneficial holding in the Company is 688,350 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 5.7% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
