Director Shareholdings

The Company was informed on 21st August 2015 that today the wife of John Charlton, Chairman, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 146 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above, Mr Charlton's beneficial and non-beneficial shareholding is 667,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.13 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
