The Company was today notified that Shaun Robinson, non-executive director, transferred a total of 446,451 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 11.17p per Ordinary Share to his and his wife's personal ISAs.

Following the above transaction Mr. Robinson remains beneficially interested in 10,912,449 Ordinary Shares, as detailed in the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, representing approximately 7.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
