Change of Director's Interest
Ferrum Crescent announces that on 8 November 2011 Edward Nealon, Executive Chairman of Ferrum Crescent, bought 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of GBP 0.0525. Following the purchase, Edward Nealon has a direct interest in 3,145,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.05% of the total issued share capital.
