Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated speciality pharmaceutical company specialising in allergy vaccines, was informed on 30th March 2011 that Mr Peter Jensen, Non Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 30th March 2011 at a price of 12.0p per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase Mr Jensen holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
