Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has received notification that on 16 October 2014 McNolan Venture Limited, a company owned by Michael Nolan, a director of the Company, purchased 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Orogen through the market at a price of 0.1p per share.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company, Michael Nolan is interested in 110,110,907 shares in Orogen, representing 3.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
